The Queen’s Hairpin is the best known corner on the Long Beach Grand Prix course, where the cars must slow down... and sometimes bunch up. Perhaps as many as 8 or 10 cars all meet here simultaneously, making a successful passage very challenging. The long straight coming out of this corner really revs up the drivers.
